I think it is management that has a clear vision of where it wants to go, communicates that vision, and makes sure the people who make up the company are part of/contribute to it.
Management that gives everyone the power to act and the power to decide, within a framework that is defined and clear to everyone, so that each person can express their skills.
Management that pays attention to each person’s abilities and personality. Everyone has something to contribute, and it is important for each party to know how to express these and make good use of them.
Finally, management that remembers we are all human beings, with strengths and weaknesses, and things happening outside work. So it is about growing, celebrating victories, and tending to wounds together. And this works both ways. Closeness, with respect and professional ethics, is an accelerator of productivity.
